Let’s tackle the real fear of ‘What if I don’t like it?’

Let’s rip the filter right off and let me just say now, cookie cutter is not what you’ll find here.

Yep, investing in design is nerve-wracking. No sugarcoating that. I understand why you're sweating the 'What if I don't like it?' scenario. It's a big deal, and I’m not brushing it off like it's nothing but we aren’t rolling the dice here; this is a tailored experience and this is not a pixel pushing business.

My specific process isn’t about slapping a generic solution on your brand. Consider it more like tailoring a suit - takes a bit of time, but damn the fit is worth it.

A lot of time is spent before any design side is technically started, getting to know your business, who you serve and what you stand for in order to form a rock-solid project brief we can all be aligned to. There will be discovery calls and/or questionnaires to really dive deep into your business. In order to build your brand I need to know your business in order to build something that visually aligns with who you are and what you’re all about. It’s not about shapes or symbols, it goes much deeper than that.

This is a collaboration, not a dictatorship. We go on the journey to evolve your brand together. and you will be a big part of that. Feedback is welcomed and encouraged.

But what if I really don’t like it?
I understand it can be disappointing if your first draft doesn’t blow your socks off, as long as feedback is provided in an objective way we continue to pivot, refine and tweak until not only will you like it, you’ll love your new brand and want to show it off to everyone.

Any feedback given that isn’t conducive to an ongoing positive working relationship can result in your project being cancelled, sadly because of the nature of this industry I have to point out this is entirely unacceptable and won’t be tolerated here by either myself or any member of the team.
