How this all works

Enquiry

Fill in the enquiry form which gives me enough details to see whether I can help you. I’ll touch base with you a day or 2 after you submit this.

Discovery Call & Proposal

We’ll touch base on zoom or by phone so I can learn about your business, the project and your vision and goals. This fills in all the nitty gritty details required to price your project and send you a customised proposal for your project.

Contract & Deposit

Your design agreement will be sent to you along with your invoice for the project deposit. This is required to secure your space in my workflow, delays in payments mean your project may be pushed back as space is not secured until this is paid.

Discovery Workshop

I’ll send you a kickoff questionnaire and have you pop together a mood board before jumping on a discovery workshop call to dig further into your business. A few days after this we will have a quick clarity discussion to align on what we’ve discovered before the creative
process begins.

Creative Process

Once we are aligned on the positioning for your brand my creative process begins and your concepts are created.

Refinement

This is where the concept is revised and tweaked until you’re happy and it’s now time to get everything signed off with the relevant parties.

Final Signoff

If you’ve approved your project the final invoice will be dispatched to you and upon that final payment, your final artwork files will be released to you so you can go proceed to launch, how exciting!
